April 29th was a very bad day but your tech April saved it for me. I decided to uninstall Norton which came with my machine when I got it, and install McAfee which wasn't going to be an easy experience. I knew Norton had horrible support and it turns out McAfee was just as bad, but thanks to my customer support rep. (April) it all worked out in the end.
